Service Description
This unique Mindfulness course was designed by Mindfulness UK and was created for anyone who cares for others in their daily lives - whether you’re a parent, a manager, healthcare professional, teacher or carer. We know caring for others often means you’re likely to be time-poor. This course is delivered over four weekly sessions, which last 2 hours. The practices are short and designed with extremely busy people in mind. This wonderful programme enables you to develop resilience to manage life's difficulties in a compassionate and mindful way. Week 1: Exploring Mindfulness and Compassion Week 2: Cultivating Emotional Intelligence Week 3: Developing Resilience Week 4: Feeling Resourced and Connected You'll finish the course equipped with tools and techniques that you can easily integrate into your busy schedule to help you cope better with the challenges of being a carer in a fast paced and often frantic world.
