If you've answered yes to any of these, then join these sessions to discover how you can reframe how you feel about your parenting. It's time to stop being so hard on yourself and to invest in your own mental wellbeing and happiness. Not only will you learn some tools to help you keep calm and feel more content, but you'll find more time for you and your family. During these 4, one hour sessions, you will learn techniques to help you manage stress in the moment, be a kinder to yourself, to acknowledge and celebrate what you have achieved (rather than what you haven't) and unlock more time! I promise you can do this without dropping any balls or neglecting your family or your long to do list! What to expect: - Four 60 minute interactive sessions - Simple practices you can integrate into your daily life - Short, simple meditations - Reminders and support to stay on track
