Mindfulness skills help children better manage how they respond to challenging situations, to help with negative thoughts, cool the fires and show themselves and others more compassion. It can help them build resilience and sleep better. I can deliver Mindfulness sessions in schools, for families together and also run sessions for parents to teach simple techniques and tools you can use with your children at home.
