Service Description

For working parents, it can be hard to switch off and to feel easily distracted by thoughts of our work to do lists, when you want to focus on our family. You may also have feelings of guilt towards your children or your colleagues and a sense of not doing either of your roles well. These sessions are designed for working parents to learn and practice how, through living mindfully, you can cultivate greater awareness of you and your surroundings, improved concentration and focus and unlock more, better quality time for you and your family. We also discuss and practice self-compassion and learn ways to be kinder to ourselves.
