This course comprises six 90 minute sessions held once a week at the same time each week. It is designed to help you integrate mindfulness and compassion into daily life in a simple and sustainable way for a life long practice. Join to learn tools and techniques to help you: • better manage stress in the moment • be less reactive to difficult and challenging situations • have better focus and concentration • turn down the volume on negative self-talk • experience the full power of living in the present This course is designed with the busiest people in mind, with short guided meditations and simple practice that you can easily integrate into your day. The fee course price is £120 if booked before 8th Feb and £150 thereafter.
